Refund Policy

Effective October 4, 2026. Version 2026-10-04. This policy applies to 1Kassir subscriptions purchased through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Purchases are currently unavailable on this production website; account creation is not a purchase.

Cancellation and renewal

Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access remains subject to the valid entitlement through that period. Cancel using your Paddle confirmation email's subscription-management link or Paddle buyer support. Annual billing charges the annual total; the monthly equivalent is not a monthly payment schedule.

Uninstalling, deleting a database, revoking a device, or stopping use does not cancel recurring billing. Cancellation alone does not request a refund or automatically create a prorated refund.

Refund requests

Submit a Paddle refund request through your receipt's support link or paddle.net. Provide the order reference, purchase email, and issue description; never send card numbers, passwords, or recovery keys. Paddle assesses and processes requests under its applicable Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

Eligibility and request periods depend on the transaction and applicable law. For software that does not work as described, use product support guidance to identify the issue and give Paddle details of unresolved material defects. A discretionary request is not guaranteed approval. Approved refunds use Paddle's payment process and may end access to the refunded subscription.

Mandatory rights

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer, withdrawal, cancellation, or defective-product rights. Greater protection under applicable law or transaction terms prevails. Digital-content withdrawal conditions and renewal rights can differ by country and whether performance began with valid consent; follow the rights and instructions applicable to your order. Purchases are not declared absolutely non-refundable. 1Kassir does not offer a general 30-day money-back guarantee.

Trials

No automatic free trial is currently offered on this production website. If offered, review the disclosed eligibility, duration, card requirements, and conversion terms. A cardless trial does not authorize a charge. For a trial attached to a paid recurring order, cancel through the order's cancellation route before its billing date if you do not wish to continue. An existing payment requires a separate refund request.

Records, contact, and updates

Cancellation, expiry, or a refund does not silently delete local store records. Preserve verified backups and recovery material. Contact lists available routes; Paddle payment, receipt, renewal, and refund inquiries go to Paddle.

Updates carry a version and effective date. Applicable order terms and mandatory law govern completed transactions; later changes do not remove accrued rights. Save this policy and your order confirmation.
